Community Service Home

New Start for Children and Families believes in providing foster care children and families with the necessary tools to enable a bright and hopeful future. In April, 2017, we opened the doors of our “Safe Haven” community service home which offers a clothes closet, free outdoor food pantry, family visitations, over night shelter until foster home is found, bathing amenities, diapers and wipes, Love packs, blankets, and much more. The Love Packs are filled with items such as toothbrush, comb/brush, deodorant, coloring book, crayons, Bible, stuffed animal, hand-made pillow, and so much more. We also provide workshops and training classes for biological and foster families that include (but not limited to): CPR/First Aid, Parenting, Foster/Adoption, Drug Rehab, and Painting for kids.
